David Shapiro

Principal 

David is a Co-founder and Principal of Lincoln Hill Holdings, LLC. Prior to founding Lincoln Hill, David was a Principal at The Boston Consulting Group in their Chicago office. Before BCG, he worked as a financial analyst for Goldman Sachs.

During his time at BCG, David was a core member of the Industrial Goods and Operations practice areas, and is a specialist in merger integration and operational execution. 

David holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and an MBA from The Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, where he was a Tauber Institute Fellow.

Graham Balentine

Principal 

Graham is a Co-Founder and Principal of Lincoln Hill Holdings, LLC.  Prior to founding Lincoln Hill, Graham was a Principal at The Boston Consulting Group, working out of the Chicago office.  Prior to BCG, he worked at Aon Corporation in the Corporate Strategy team focused on M&A and growth strategy.  

During his time at BCG, Graham was a core member of the Consumer and Industrial Goods practice areas, and is a specialist in growth strategy and M&A due diligence.  

Graham holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Wake Forest University and an MBA from The Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, where he graduated with Distinction.

William Pucillo 

PRINCIPAL

Will is a Principal of Lincoln Hill Holdings, LLC. Prior to joining Lincoln Hill, Will was a Vice President at Grey Mountain Partners, an operationally-focused middle market private equity firm with over $750 mm assets under management. Prior to Grey Mountain Partners he worked at Oppenheimer & Co. and Barrington Associates as an investment banking analyst.

During his time at Grey Mountain Partners, Will led investment thesis development, due diligence, and transaction execution processes of four platform investments and five add-on acquisitions involving over $200 million of invested capital. Will also worked closely with the management teams of each investment to develop and execute strategies to create long-term enterprise value by growing sales, EBITDA, and customer satisfaction.

Will holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Williams College and an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, where he graduated with Distinction.
